Operations Assistant
Job Type: Part Time
Location: Inverness

Tuesday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm (Full time considered for the right candidate)
To deliver; a professional experience to incoming customers; admin support to the advertising sales team; front line customer service; and a small number of existing classified advertisers.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with general incoming advertising enquiries: finding the right solution, processing the booking and advertising copy
- First point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
- Managing sensitive family notice advertisements
- Managing and booking advertisements from our national sales house
- Trafficking digital ads to our websites using Google Ad Manager
- Assist with any other task coming under the scope of the Sales Support department
