Control Risks’ Level 5 Risk and Resilience Managers Course is designed to meet the demands and challenges that risk and security management professionals face. The course syllabus consists of nine core modules, each delivered over a single day. Each module will introduce the learner to the subject matter, the international standards, and best practices applicable to the subject area. This includes developing policies and protocols, defining roles, responsibilities and the activities required to ensure each area is delivered and managed effectively and efficiently within an organisation. 

The course combines classroom-based theoretical sessions, group discussion, case studies, and practical exercises to cover a range of key risk and resilience areas. Upon successful completion of the course attendees are awarded a Highfield Level 5 certificate and Control Risks certificate of completion.
