By completing the booking form above you are registering your interest in attending the wedding fair, this is not a guarantee of booking. It is subject to availability.

  • 10,000 Digital adverts on the Inverness Courier website - a digital advert with a direct link back to your website
  • Exhibitor Listing in marketing collateral promoted via the Inverness Courier Newspaper and Online articles
Our exhibit price is £195 ex vat
If you have an account with Highland News and Media, vendor space can be invoiced depending on your account setup and terms and conditions. Payment is requested at the time of booking and can be done via card payment or via BACS.
Cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to date of event, there will be no charge. After this date, you will be billed for the full amount.
As part of your package, you get Digital advertising and social media shoutouts mentioned in the vendor package
  • Set up time is from 9 am
  • All stands must be set up by 11.30 am
  • The event ends at 3 pm, no tables are to be taken down until the event closes.
We have limited space for vendors, We use the One Touch Theatre and Stalls Foyer at Eden Court Theatre. We have space for up to 80 exhibitors. They are sold on a first come first served basis.
We are happy to accommodate Demos and Workshops, there is limited space with power so please contact our Events Manager to discuss ahead of time.

We are happy to work with suppliers to showcase their services. We do get asked by a number of suppliers and want to accommodate everyone. You can sell at the Highland Wedding Fair, you will require a Market traders license to do so. If you don’t have one, visit the Highland Council website to apply. Find out more - https://www.highland.gov.uk/directory_record/738770/street_trader. Your must have your license with you whilst you attend the Highland Wedding Fair
You can serve food in way of samples at the wedding fair. You must bring with you your EPH/ food hygiene certificate and have this ready to show. Eden Court & Highland News and Media do not take liability.
Alcohol drinks are permitted however you must have a personal license with you at the Wedding Fair. Eden Court & Highland News and Media do not take liability.

We have an array of wedding suppliers from across the Highlands and the north of Scotland, you will be able to chat with the experts and find inspirational ideas for your big day.
Yes, we are a family-friendly event
The entrance is accessible by wheelchair, with six disabled parking bays located at the front of the building (50m from the entrance) and a further two at the back (100m).
Assistance dogs are welcome in the building.
There is a pay and display car park at the back of the building and The Cathedral pay and display public car park is nearby. They can get busy at times so make time to park further afield if you think it may be busy. Eden Court car park charges are as follows:
